Learn how the human body works and responds to the five fundamental activities of human existence.  We engage in each daily, and they create the physical state in which we find ourselves.  In the simplest terms, we breathe, eat, drink, move and rest.  Understanding what happens in our bodies as we make these choices is an underlying principle of the program, because it is the quality of these choices that determines the quality of our lives.

 The Fundamental Five Scorecard gives you a unique scoring system designed to:

  • Focus your attention on the daily activities that create or destroy your health
